File Upload Issues
File uploads can fail for various reasons. Here's how to diagnose and fix common issues.
"File Too Large" Error
Default file size limits by plan:

| Free | 5 MB |
| Pro | 50 MB |
| Enterprise | 500 MB |
To upload larger files, consider compressing them first or upgrading your plan.
"Invalid File Type" Error
We support the following file types:
- Images: JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP, SVG
- Documents: PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX
- Archives: ZIP, RAR, 7Z
- Code: JS, CSS, HTML, PHP, PY
Upload Stalls or Times Out
- Check your internet connection stability
- Try uploading over a wired connection instead of WiFi
- For large files, use our desktop uploader which supports resumable uploads
