Login Troubleshooting

Can't log in? Here are the most common issues and their solutions.

"Invalid Credentials" Error

  • Make sure your email is spelled correctly
  • Check that Caps Lock is not enabled
  • Try resetting your password via the "Forgot Password" link
  • Clear your browser cookies and cache

"Account Locked" Error

After 5 failed login attempts, your account is temporarily locked for 30 minutes. Wait and try again, or contact support for immediate unlock.

2FA Code Not Working

  • Ensure your device clock is synchronized (TOTP codes are time-sensitive)
  • Try using a backup code instead
  • If using SMS, check that your phone number is correct in account settings

Browser-Specific Issues

If you're experiencing issues in a specific browser:

  1. Try using an incognito/private window
  2. Disable browser extensions (especially ad blockers)
  3. Try a different browser
  4. Update your browser to the latest version
