Login Troubleshooting
Can't log in? Here are the most common issues and their solutions.
"Invalid Credentials" Error
- Make sure your email is spelled correctly
- Check that Caps Lock is not enabled
- Try resetting your password via the "Forgot Password" link
- Clear your browser cookies and cache
"Account Locked" Error
After 5 failed login attempts, your account is temporarily locked for 30 minutes. Wait and try again, or contact support for immediate unlock.
2FA Code Not Working
- Ensure your device clock is synchronized (TOTP codes are time-sensitive)
- Try using a backup code instead
- If using SMS, check that your phone number is correct in account settings
Browser-Specific Issues
If you're experiencing issues in a specific browser:
- Try using an incognito/private window
- Disable browser extensions (especially ad blockers)
- Try a different browser
- Update your browser to the latest version
