How to reset my password? I keep getting an error

I've been trying to reset my password using the "Forgot Password" link but I keep getting an error message saying "Token expired". I've tried multiple times but the same thing happens.

Here's what I've done:

  1. Clicked "Forgot Password"
  2. Entered my email address
  3. Received the email and clicked the link
  4. Got the error "Token expired"

The email seems to arrive quickly but the link doesn't work. Has anyone experienced this?

I had the same issue! The problem was that my email client was stripping the URL parameters. Try copying the full URL from the email source rather than clicking the link.

Also make sure to click the link within 60 minutes. The token expires after that. If you wait too long between receiving the email and clicking, you'll get that error.
