We want you to be completely satisfied with our service. If you're not, here's how our refund policy works.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New subscribers can request a full refund within 30 days of their first payment, no questions asked. Simply contact our billing team or use the self-service option in Settings → Billing → Request Refund.
Prorated Refunds
If you cancel mid-cycle after the 30-day period, you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
Annual Plans
Annual plan subscribers can request a prorated refund within the first 90 days. After 90 days, you can cancel but will retain access until the end of the annual period.
How to Request
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Select the reason for cancellation
- Choose whether to request a refund
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
