Password Management
We recommend changing your password regularly and using a unique, strong password for your account.
Changing Your Password
Go to Settings → Security → Password and fill in:
- Your current password
- Your new password (minimum 12 characters)
- Confirm your new password
Password Requirements
Your password must contain:
- At least 12 characters
- One uppercase letter
- One lowercase letter
- One number
- One special character (!@#$%^&*)
Enabling Two-Factor Authentication
For added security, enable 2FA from Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication. We support:
- Authenticator apps (Google Authenticator, Authy)
- SMS verification
- Hardware security keys (YubiKey)
Important: Store your backup codes in a safe place. You'll need them if you lose access to your 2FA device.
